| Homearama returns to Norfolk's East Beach neighborhood Tidewater Builders Association has announced that Norfolk's East Beach community will host its Fall 2010 Homearama showcase of homes. The event, set for Oct. 2-17, will feature up to 16 homes, with prices expected to be in the $450,000 to $700,000 range. more

| Home Builders Association Installs 2010 Officers, Directors William H. “Bill” Halprin was installed as the 2010 president of Tidewater Builders Association, a not-for-profit home builders association with about 800-plus member firms in South Hampton Roads, during its annual installation of officers at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront on Friday, Dec. 4. Halprin also will serve as a Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV) and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) director in 2010. more
