The 2009 Internatioinal Residential Building Code has been in effect since March 1, 2012. Do you have questions or concerns about its requirements or enforcement? If so, the regional code officials will be on hand to answer questions, address concerns and share information at 7:30 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 21 at the TBA office in Chesapeake.
